Interview With Apartment Community Architect

ARCHITECT DANIEL GEHMAN DETAILS FEATURES AND AMENITIES THAT WILL MAKE THE RESERVE AT RANCHO BELAGO PHASE II APARTMENT COMMUNITY A VERY SPECIAL PLACE TO LIVE

"It's a unique enclave surrounded by open space and recreational opportunities . . . "

Daniel Gehman, AIA, LEED AP, a Studio Director with Humphreys & Partners Architects, gives an in-depth interview on the Reserve at Rancho Belago Phase II luxury apartment community, being planned for development by Bridge Investment Group.

To be built on land contiguous to the existing Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Course clubhouse, the 417-unit upscale apartment community will encompass 18 two- to four-story buildings that complement the Mediterranean architectural influences of surrounding neighborhoods. Stylish apartments designed for a diversity of residents will range in size from studios to 3-bedroom units of up to approximately 1,320 square feet that are referred to as the "big house."

In addition to the golf amenities and extensive open space, a completely new community clubhouse for apartment residents will offer a place to socialize, entertain, and to find a quiet area to think or read.  Adjacent to the clubhouse is a private swimming enclave with pool, spa, barbecue/picnic and relaxation areas, cabanas and chaise lounges. The enclave will also feature an outdoor dining area, a fire pit for evening get-togethers, an exercise pod, and distinctive shade sails for cover from the noonday sun. Children will be able to play in the protected tot lot with overhead shading while parents can watch from benches near the playground apparatus.
