Bridge Investment Group Partners, Managers of ROC Funds, owns and manages the adjacent Reserve at Rancho Belago, one of Moreno Valley’s finest apartment communities.  Bridge is seeking approval from the City of Moreno Valley to expand the existing apartment community onto the closed driving range area of the contiguous Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Club.


As part of its development, Bridge is working to restore the course’s wells, pumps, irrigation, tee boxes and greens.  Bridge will also maintain the golf course with tree trimming and weed abatement before completing a transfer of ownership to an independent 3rd party owner/operator for the reopening and operation of the golf course.


Additionally, Bridge Investment Group Holdings is making a substantial financial commitment to the establishment of a youth group facility with an emphasis on education, social, and golf skills improvement for the youth of Moreno Valley.  This will be in conjunction with benefits from the growing employment base, new company relocations, and in coordination with the existing school districts.
